The Golden State Warriors have reportedly made a a smart move in convincing ‘The Logo’, Jerry West, to join their front office in some type of consultant role.

Joe Lacob and Peter Guber, co-owners of the team, are serious about having the Warriors make the transition from an average/exciting team to a good team in the Western Conference.

West brings plenty of winning experiences with him from his time as not only a Lakers Hall of Fame player, but a highly regarded league executive with L.A. and the Memphis Grizzlies.

West’s definitive role/position hasn’t been defined to the public yet, but more information is sure to come out in the next couple of days when the official announcement is made.
