LeBron James better get used to the constant criticism from the media and people who dislike him because he still hasn’t won an NBA championship. I guess that’s what happens when everyone compares you to NBA legend Micheal Jordan.
During last night’s post game interview, LeBron went off on his “doubters” and the people who love to see him fail to send them a message:
“All the people that were rooting me on to fail, at the end of the day they have to wake up tomorrow and have the same life they had before,” James said. “They have the same personal problems they had to today. I’m going to continue to live the way I want to live and continue to do the things that I want with me and my family and be happy with that.” -Source
LeBron is going to seriously need to work on his game ten times harder this off-season. Even a player as talented as James isn’t guaranteed a championship. He’s got to earn it.
If LeBron can borrow Dirk Nowitzki’s shooting coach to work on his shooting and also develop a post-game then he’ll certainly be back in the Finals next June. For now, however, “King” James is near the top of that list of great players to never win an NBA title with the likes of ”Sir” Charles Barkley and Karl Malone.
