Metta World Peace Apologizes For “People’s Elbow” On James Harden…Sorta

Last night, after getting ejected from the Lakers-Thunder game due to his reckless blow to the side of Thunder guard James Harden’s head, Lakers enforcer Metta World Peace ( the thug formerly known as Ron Artest) took to Twitter to “formally apologize” to the injured guard.

Artest would later issue  this statement:

“During that play I just dunked on (Kevin) Durant and (Serge) Ibaka and I got really emotional and excited and it was unfortunate that James had to get hit with an unintentional elbow. I hope he’s OK. The Thunder, they’re playing for a championship this year, so I hope that he’s OK and I apologize to the Thunder and to James Harden.”

You guys believe him??
