Mo Williams Considered Retirement After “The Decision”? ARE YOU SERIOUS!

I can’t believe this story. Mo Williams was SO hurt(?) that LeBron left the Cavs that he considered retirement? Yes it’s true and this is exactly what he had to say about the situation.

“That’s how bad it got. I contemplated it. I really sat down and envisioned life after basketball… I really saw myself not playing.”

I don’t know why Mo Williams got so emotional but contemplating retirement because someone leaves the team is pretty dramatic. Did he lose a teammate or his boyfriend. I mean really. Those fat game checks weren’t enough for him, he needed LeBron to be there by his side too? He did clarify his thoughts a little more by saying “You play this game for one reason. You play to win games and win championships. I couldn’t understand why a lot of things were happening to our organization, to a really good basketball team. I couldn’t really understand it. And when you don’t understand things, it can really stress you out.”

It sounds like he knows how much losing the Cavs will be doing without Bron Bron. I just find it weird that Mo felt so strongly about the whole situation, and on top of that, decided to go public with those feelings. More power to him but as a man, he should be ashamed of himself.

Somebody give this man a hug and some confidence in himself because he’s going to have to help lead this team now. Good luck.
